Local Carriage Service (LCS) is a wholesale end-to-end local call service.

LCS carries telephone calls from customer equipment at an end user's premises to customer equipment at another end user's premises in the same standard zone. LCS does not include services where the carrier service supply originates from exchanges in the CBD areas of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth.

With LCS, our customers can provide untimed local calls to end users under their own brand, using Telstra's Public Switched Telephone Network (PTSN) under a rebill arrangement.
