Telstra Wholesale recognises that clear working relationships are vital to good business practice. Our contracts and agreements are designed to ensure that all our deliverables are clearly described and understood by our customers.

Many of our services are covered by Our Customer Terms (OCT) (PDF, 200kb) for wholesale services.

Our Customer Relationship Agreement (CRA) is our standard umbrella agreement for provision of wholesale services. It contains the commercial terms and conditions that govern our services including, but not limited to:

  • billing and payment;
  • ordering and provisioning;
  • operations and maintenance;
  • service level guarantees;
  • customer obligations.

Our CRA is a flexible agreement that can be restructured to suit a customer’s changing service needs. The CRA is also easily appended with any additional products required, with specific terms if necessary.

Some customers who require a smaller suite of Telstra Wholesale products and services can take advantage of the streamlined Telstra Wholesale electronic Customer Relationship Agreement (PDF, 251kb). The eCRA is a flexible agreement that:

  • defines a set of standard terms and conditions;
  • can include specific, tailored product terms and conditions according to the products and services provided.
