Telstra Wholesale’s training can help our customers and their staff find out more about the products and services we offer.

We provide user guides and other assistance for our online self-service applications.

BillView

We offer help online with BillView as well as a help desk service during business hours for day-to-day queries and reporting any faults. Our help desk can be reached at billview.helpdesk@telstrawholesale.com or on (07) 3005 3789.

We also offer face-to-face staff training to teach customers and their staff how to:

  • use BillView in a way that suits each individual business;
  • run reports to meet particular business needs;
  • set up initial user accounts, extract and integrate data into existing accounting systems.

To show how easy it is to use BillView, we have an audio-visual guided tour to demonstrate BillView’s features online. In addition, a user guide (ZIP, 2500kb) gives comprehensive information on all components of the LinxOnline BillView application.
