At Telstra Wholesale, we’re committed to delivering our customers' billing information accurately and on time.
We take the following steps to make sure we deliver a streamlined billing process:
Customer rates are identified through contract negotiation and agreement.
When an order is activated, we update our network and billing system data details.
We capture operational events and transactions for our customers and their customers in our network, using specific codes that we translate into chargeable records at the agreed customer rate(s).
We calculate a customer’s bill in our agreed time frame and deliver it electronically where possible through our online self service systems LinxOnline eBill or LinxOnline BillView.
Customers can find out more about our billing processes, including how we’re performing in the key areas of billing enquiries (PDF, 56kb) and disputes (PDF, 57kb).
Billing payments The preferred payment method for Telstra Wholesale customers is EFT. Customers who are not already paying by EFT should contact their Telstra Wholesale Business Operations Manager to arrange this.

The rate for MasterCard, VISA and American Express is 1% of the payment amount, plus applicable GST.
The rate for Diners is 2% of the payment amount, plus applicable GST.
