Blythe Kaufman at yes~tel receives
a call from Daphne Li, office manager for Cable Comms. Daphne
explains that as part of the company's professional image she
wishes to add a free call number to handle customer enquires
and extend business hours.
Blythe obtains all required information from Daphne and advises her that the reference number for her request is BK27598.
In preparation for creating the order in LOLO, Blythe completes
an application form for Freecall 1800 and saves it to her hard
drive with the filename app_bk27598.doc.
