Ingrid Coates from Mercury Communications takes a call from
Greg Morton, who explains that he has just arrived back from
6 months travelling around Europe. He had planned to be overseas
for 12 months and as a result had set up 12 months Prepaid Redirection on his phone service.
Greg would now like to cancel the Prepaid Redirection and
have the same number at his new address if possible.
Greg tells Ingrid that the phone number was 0732957868 and
that his new address is 51 Smith Street Karalee 4307.
Ingrid accesses LinxOnline
Ordering and creates a work request to cancel the prepaid
redirection.
To add the NEW Voice Service, Ingrid would need to create
another Work Request.
