Jane explains that she is moving on 17 June
2006, and would like to relocate her phone service.
Jane advises that her current address is 218 Greenhill Road, Glenside SA 5065 and, if possible, she would prefer to retain her current number, 08 8264 2345. If unable to retain her number Jane would like automatic redirection on her old service with a recorded message to inform callers of her new service number.
