Evan Deakin at yes~tel takes a call from Katrina Finnegan who enquires about making some changes to her residential service, 02 9419 1234, at 17 Carlotta Road Double Bay NSW 2028.
Katrina explains that she changed to yes~tel several months ago to take advantage of cheaper call rates. However, on her last bill, Katrina noticed that her teenage son had been calling 1900 numbers and running up a hefty bill.
She would like to restrict the numbers that can be called from her phone. Katrina has also heard about a service that will enable her to change the diversions on her service while she is away from home and asks for further information.
